Chicken, Chicken, Bok-Bok


2 lbs. baby bok choy, cleaned, cut (bilateral)
1 lb. chicken breast, strips
6 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp. cooking oil
3 tbs. oyster sauce
1 tbsp. Soy Sauce


Parboil baby bok choy, drain and set aside. Heat wok, add oil, fry garlic in oil and throw in chicken breast strips. Stir fry chicken until full cooked, add oyster sauce, soy sauce, and baby bok choy. Cook for a minute or two, mix well and serve.
