Mongolian Chicken


1lb. Chicken (chopped)
1 Med Onion (thin slice)
1 Green Onion (bundle)
2 tbs. Hoisin Sauce
2 tbs. Sugar
2 tbs. Vinegar
2 tbs. Garlic Chilli Sauce
2 tbs. Cooking Oil


In a skillet brown chicken on high heat, and add onion after chicken is browned. Reduce to medium heat, and add hoisin sauce, sugar, garlic chilli sauce and vinegar. Simmer for 4-5 mins. Great over rice or served with noodles.
