Beef With Chinese Broccoli


1 lb. of Stir-fry beef
1.5 lb. of Chinese Broccoli cut into 2-inch pieces
3 tbsp. of Cooking Oil, Cooking Wine
3 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
2 tsp. Pure Sesame Oil
Ginger Strips


Poach Chinese Broccoli in boiling water with a dash of salt, cooking oil, and rice wine. Drain and display on plate. Heat wok, add in remaining cooking oil and fry ginger strips, then add stir-fry beef with oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir-fry for 3 minutes or until beef is at least medium well done and place on top of broccoli and serve.
