Buddha's Delight


1 lb. of mixed mushrooms, such as oyster mushroom, shitake, enoki, baling mushroom (cut into strips)
ΒΌ lb. chive flowers, cut into 2in. strips
2 squares of marinated tofu, cut into 2in. strips
3 tbsp. vegetarian oyster sauce
2 tsp. pure sesame oil


Heat wok, add in oil, when heated throw in mushrooms and cover for 2 minutes. After, mix in chive flowers and tofu strips, with vegetarian oyster sauce and sesame oil. Cook for 2 minutes or until all mushroom is well done, then serve.
