Pork Spareribs Steam With Black Bean Garlic Sauce


1 lb. of Pork Spare ribs cut into small 1-inch cubes
3-4 tablespoon Black Bean Garlic Sauce - Aisle#10
1-2 pieces of Ginger, thinly sliced
2 Cloves of fresh minced garlic
1 tablespoon of Soy Sauce (light)


Marinate the spareribs with all the ingredients for about 30 minutes. Then mix well then put to steam for about 20 -25 minutes. However, after the first 10 minutes, open pot and mix well again. Then continue to steam for another good 10-15 minutes. Too add a little touch, in a separate.
