Rice Paper

Ingredients:

Rice Paper, Rice Noodles (Aisle#9) (May be omitted for a low-carb diet), your favorite dipping sauce.
Carrots, Cucumber, Pork Loaf Strips
OR
Green Leaf Lettuce, Cilantro, Fresh Mint Leaves, boiled shrimp (deveined and cut in two halves)

Directions:

Pre-boil rice noodles, run through cold water, and strain well. When ready to roll, dip rice paper into hot water, lay on cutting board and straighten out paper, add in optional ingredients and roll like you would roll an eggroll. Then serve in your favorite sauce, such as sesame sauce, peanut sauce, for a lighter sauce, use Japanese Yuzu Dressing.
