Satay Tofu


1 box of Medium Firm Tofu Cut into Mini Cubes
2 Cups Cooking Oil
1 Jar of Indonesian Satay Sauce
1 tbsp of SaltĀ 
1 Diced Green & Red Jalapeno, diced Green Onion.


Heat cooking oil and deep fry tofu cubes until golden brown. Display on plate. Mix green onion, jalapeno, and salt together. Fry the mix and top on tofu. Heat Satay sauce and it will be ready to use for dipping.
