Spicy Eggplant


2 Medium Chinese Eggplant
½ lb. Ground Pork
½ lb. Headless White Shrimp
3 Cloves of Garlic (Minced)
3 tbsp. cooking oil
3 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 tsp. Sriracha Chili Sauce, Fish Sauce, Soy Sauce


Cut Eggplant into ½' W x 2' L strips, Mix all seasoning sauces in one bowl. Peel, devein, and dice shrimp. Heat up wok, bring oil to heat and fry garlic, brown ground pork and shrimp in garlic. Add in eggplant and sauces, mix well, add ½ cup of water and cover. Cook for 5 minutes in medium heat until eggplant is well done, then serve.
